Come join us as we kick off Design Thinking Asia's first event for Manila's Service Design community.

If you've never heard of Service Design before or are wondering what Customer Experience is, come on down and join us for copious amounts of beer and killer BBQ food cooked on our office balcony, everyone's welcome

Your hosts for the evening:

Phil Smithson, Director, On-Off Group - Phil hails from the UK and has been in Manila so long he feels like part of the furniture. He's been helping companies design better experiences for most of that time and finds it hard to switch off the "Service Designer" part of his brain when he's out and about locally and is always asking "Why's that like that?". In his spare time, he's passionate about long distance running, hiking and swimming.

Tin Balatbat, Experience Designer, On-Off Group - Tin's superhero day job is to help companies solve complex problems through design. She believes in creating great experiences in peoples' lives, whether online or offline and empathy is the key ingredient. When she's not busy putting empathy back in businesses, she loves spending her time riding the trails in Nueva Viscaya.
